Late Dr P. Natarajan

Dr P. Natarajan Memorial Hospital traces its origins to the vision and dedication of Late Dr P. Natarajan, who founded P.N. Hospital in 1984 with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of rural communities.
At a time when medical facilities were scarce in and around Nallila, Dr. Natarajan established one of the first accessible healthcare centers in the region. His approach to care was both inclusive and patient-focused, offering people the choice between Allopathy (modern medicine) and Ayurveda, ensuring treatment was not only effective but also affordable.
Dr. Natarajan was widely respected not just for his medical expertise, but for his compassion, humility, and dedication to patients. His treatment style emphasized personal attention, trust, and a deep understanding of individual patient needs—qualities that earned him lasting respect within the community.
In recognition of his invaluable contributions and enduring legacy, the hospital was renamed Dr P. Natarajan Memorial Hospital in 1997.
Today, his vision continues to guide the institution, inspiring a commitment to accessible, ethical, and holistic healthcare for all.
